Hey everybody and welcome back! This time, we'll be talking about what you should be on the lookout for when inspecting the plumbing of a home you want to purchase.
The first thing you should do is check around for any potential leaks. This includes everything from the kitchen sink to the pipes in the basement. If you notice a leak, make sure to bring it to the homeowner's attention so you won't have to deal with it yourself.
You should also make sure that there is enough insulation surrounding the pipes, especially in colder areas of the home like the attic or basement. You can lose a lot of energy, and money, if the pipes in the home are not insulated as well as they could be.
