Dear Valued Customers,
We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your business and continued support. We are open during this challenging time and will be responding to your emergency plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical needs.
We take your health and safety, along with the health and safety of our team, extremely seriously. Your well-being is our top priority at John C. Flood. We understand the concern about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being both responsive and responsible to our customers and staff.
We would like to thank everyone who is diligently working to contain the virus and share that we are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control to ensure we are taking necessary health and safety precautions. We would like to provide an update on our current operations and plan for service to our customers.
Our offices remain open and our crews will continue to serve your needs and those of our community. That said, safety and cleanliness will remain a top priority. All company trucks and equipment are disinfected daily along with our office space and warehouse. Employees who are still working on-site are provided with sanitizing equipment and instructed to keep a comfortable distance from our customers and their homes as much as possible. We will be monitoring our employees’ and technicians’ temperatures daily or as needed. We are conducting daily staff calls to ensure everyone is feeling well and following all safety guidelines.
We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing and wanted to let you know we are here for you when you need us.
We are following recommendations from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and are taking extra safety measures and precautions for all of our office employees and field technicians. These include:
- Limiting our technicians to conduct service only to those homeowners not exhibiting symptoms.
- Wearing face masks if and when necessary.
- Routinely applying sanitizer.
- Wiping surface areas in our work vehicles and tools after each visit.
For service please call us on 703-215-3401.
We kindly ask that if you or a household member is sick or showing symptoms, please notify us when calling.
For additional information about COVID-19, visit the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at www.cdc.gov.
We wish you and your family all the best in these very trying times.
